Thank you for shopping DragCaps. As the owner, designer, and creator, I greatly appreciate your business. Know that this is a small, local business and every dollar you spend comes right back to my family.
Turnaround
Only items listed as Available Now are ready to ship and typically ship within 48 hours. All other items are made to order. Please allow two weeks turnaround prior to shipping.
Shipping & Pickup Options
Currently, we are only shipping in the US. All items will be shipped via standard priority USPS and usually takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive.
While we do have DragCaps ambassadors selling in person on select job sites, we do not offer local pick ups.
Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made at the time of purchase. And to help, on the job site, we are now offering Cash app, Apple Cash, & Venmo. No custom orders will be taken from DragCap ambassadors. All requests for specific sizes, colors, or patterns must be done through the website to guarantee efficiency and quality. All sales are final.
Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
As a general policy, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, refund or exchanges. However, if you were not happy with your DragCap in anyway, please reach out within 24hrs; any issues will be handled on a case by case basis. All sales are final. So please take the time to review our sizing chart.
Lost packages
DragCaps is not responsible for packages once they have been released to the United States Postal Service. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen for any reason, please contact your local postal employee.
Design & Agreement
All DragCap logos, designs, and patterns are exclusively owned by Angela Kenny Comer. No one has the right to copy, reproduce, or profit from or use without expressed permission written from the owner & creator of DragCaps. By completing check out on this website, you are agreeing to all the above policies.
