When it comes to welding caps, size matters. You don't want a cap that's too tight, squeezing your brain like a vice grip. And you definitely don't want a cap that's too loose, flying off your head faster than a rocket ship. So, let's break it down and simplify the process, shall we?

First things first, measure that noggin of yours. Grab a tape measure (or a piece of string and a ruler if you're feeling old school) and wrap it around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Make sure it's snug but not too tight. Got the measurement? Add an 1/8". Just match your head measurement ( plus that 1/8") to the corresponding cap size on the size chart, and voila!
