As a general policy, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. However, if you are not happy with your DragCap in anyway, please reach out within 24hrs of delivery; any issues will be handled on a case by case basis. All sales are final. So please take the time to review our sizing chart before placing your order.
